1. Agreement

By using Quorate ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. The Platform

Quorate provides governance and meeting management tools for organisations including councils, schools, charities, and other bodies that run formal meetings.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.

5. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

6. Intellectual Property

Content you upload remains yours. You grant us a licence to host and serve that content as needed to provide the Platform.

7. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed annually. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. See the pricing page for current plans.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. You will be notified and asked to accept any material changes before continuing to use the Platform.
