Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan includes a 30-day free trial. No credit card required. Your data is preserved if you subscribe after the trial.
Are there any per-user or per-seat charges?
No. Every Quorate plan includes unlimited users. Add as many councillors, governors, trustees, or committee members as you need at no extra cost.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you pay the pro-rata difference. When downgrading, the new price applies at your next renewal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We can also invoice annually for councils that need to pay by BACS — just contact us.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use AWS infrastructure in the UK (eu-west-2). Every organisation has full data isolation via row-level security. We are GDPR-compliant and offer a Data Processing Agreement.
Do you offer discounts for groups?
Yes. If you are a county association, federation, or group buying for multiple organisations, we offer group licensing with centralised billing. Contact us for a quote.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account becomes read-only. Your data is preserved for 90 days, giving you time to subscribe or export your data. We never delete data without warning.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export meetings, minutes, decisions, actions, and financial data as CSV at any time. Meeting packs and documents can be downloaded as PDFs. A full data export is available on request.
